Karwarra Australian Plant Garden

Located behind the footy oval on the Mt Dandenong Tourist road, Kalorama; this little garden displays the interesting variety of Australian plants.  Digitally photographed on August 22nd, the Acacias were prominent.  Australia has hundreds of species of Acacia.  Some of the variations include clusters of flower heads, like Acacia boormanii or flowers located on a single peduncles such as Acacia rupicola.  You can visit them.
